- If you have Adobe Reader installed, but still are unable to view documents, please do the following:

Open Adobe Acrobat Reader

Click on Edit

Click on Preferences

Click on Internet in the Frame on the left side

In the Web Browser Options on the Right, check the box titled "Display PDF in browser"

Click OK

Please check to make sure that you do not have pop-up blockers turned on in your browser. Pop up blockers may need to be turned off to view documents on Employee
Self Service.
- If you are having problems printing your W2 or Remittance Advice, try the "print as image" option.
This option may be found in : File > Print > Advanced > click on "print
as image" > OK > OK.
Or, Try printing from a different computer and printer.
If you are still having problems, please
